Blind Citizens Australia (BCA) is the united voice of Australians who are blind or vision impaired.

Our mission is to achieve equity and equality by our empowerment, by promoting positive community attitudes, and by striving for high quality and accessible services which meet our needs.

Whether you are blind, have a vision impairment , a family member or friend of a person who is blind or vision impaired, BCA is here to assist you.

We provide information, peer support, individual and systemic advocacy, and consultancy services. Our Branches act as local lobby groups and provide opportunities for social interaction for members.

BCA National Women’s Special Interest Branch Notice of Annual General Meeting

All members of the BCA National Women’s Special Interest Branch, here is a date for your diary.

The Annual General Meeting of the BCA National Women’s Special Interest Branch will be taking place on Saturday 19 November 2016.

This meeting will be conducted by teleconference commencing at the following times:

  • 12 noon EST ACT, NSW, TAS, VIC
  • 11.30am SA
  • 11am QLD
  • 10.30am NT
  • 9am WA

There will be no elections at this meeting as committee members are in the middle of their two year terms of office.

The meeting will run for approximately an hour.

Details of how to phone in and relevant documentation will be forwarded on receipt of your attendance or apology.
