Convention theme: My Vision, My Choice, My Way
‘My Vision, My Choice, My Way’. These three areas are of particular importance to all of us at the moment. We all have a common vision, and that is to live a healthy life through participation in all types of recreation, social inclusion, and having choice in all decisions that affect our way of carrying out day-to-day activities.
This year’s convention will look at all of these areas, to fulfil our vision we will have an interactive panel on types of recreation to suit all. Whether you enjoy keeping fit outside, or are happy to keep active from inside your home, there will be something for everyone.
In addition to this, given the broader roll out of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and MAC (My Aged Care) we will also have a panel of representatives and recipients to discuss and answer any questions around the roll out of both schemes.
