Blind Citizens Update

Regular readers of Blind Citizens News will be used to accessing informative and interesting articles about issues which affect people who are blind or vision impaired.

At BCA we want to make sure we share such information with youall year so we developed Blind Citizens Update! In between issues of BC News we’ll use the Update to make sure we do just that – keep you informed, intrigued and involved.

Blind Citizens News is produced twice yearly and is made available in a range of formats such as; large print, audio CD, braille, data CD, via email and on our website.

Blind Citizens News is one of the communication vehicles we use to get information to our members, the disability sector, and other interested people. It includes articles, policy updates, member profiles and issues that are relevant to people who are blind or vision impaired. It also includes useful information and tips.

Our “It’s Our Turn” newsletter contains up-to-date information on audio description in cinema, theatre, DVD, television and on the internet.
