Seeking feedback on the experience of ‘post school transition’

Children with Disability Australia (CDA) is seeking feedback on the experience of ‘post school transition’ of students with disability.

CDA wants to learn about students’ experiences of planning for life after school. This is sometimes also referred to as career planning. These terms refer to the assistance and information available to students as they start preparing for life after they have finished school.

CDA wants to gain a better understanding of what is available and accessible to students with disability and to identify any barriers which may exist.

The survey is available for young people aged 18-25 years OR for families

THE SURVEY WILL CLOSE ON 05/12/2014.
