In May of 2021, at BCA Connect, we began a discussion around wayfinding and the impact of COVID-19, technology, and BCA’s work in this area. At July’s BCA Inform event, we continued the topic with a panel discussion between Independent Orientation and Mobility Instructor, Metaxia Tsoukatos; BCA Member and white cane user, Tristan Clare; and Acting Policy and Advocacy Team Leader and dog-guide handler, Jaci Armstrong. Each panellist shared their thoughts, experiences, and hopes for the future as they navigate through the changes COVID-19 has had on wayfinding.
